work environment? Then we’d love to hear from you. We are looking to hire a Customer Support Specialist with exceptional communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Visit client locations if needed
  • Address all general inquiries from clients and suppliers and coordinate with the relevant stakeholders.
  • Handle the requests from the quotation stage up to the invoicing stage.
  • Coordinate with principals, service providers, and clients throughout the sales process, including inquiries, quotations, and order acknowledgments.
  • Responsible for the execution and implementation of the complete flow of operations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expand the company's client base.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Examine sales data and feedback to refine business strategies and improve the value proposition for clients.
  • Utilise the online system for operations, updates, and reporting to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Establish and manage both manual and electronic filing systems for client sales cases and all related office documentation.

Requirements:

  • BSc in Shipping, Maritime or any other related field.
  • Ability and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once.
  • Computer literate.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written.
