Given the unprecedented COVID-19 situation, we would like to update you as to the measures and contingencies the Fameline Group has put in place in order to maintain continuity of service.
As of March 16th and until further notice our colleagues have essentially been separated into two (2) Teams for each main area of operation; working in our global offices or, alternatively, online from home. Shipping continues to operate around the world and we consider it vitally important to maintain support and close contact with you. Thankfully, given modern communications today, we believe that we can continue to serve and assist you as and when requested.
Our Emergency Response Team is making sure that the health of our employees on a global scale remains a top priority and that all National and International policies and protocols are being applied.
Fully appreciating that these are unsettling times, we are vigilantly monitoring the COVID-19 situation and its impact on supply chain and remain at your disposal for any assistance you may require.
