Customer Support Officer
Limassol (Full Time)

Position Details

Elite Blue Group is looking to recruit an energetic and enthusiastic Customer Support Officer to join their team in Limassol. This position is responsible for handling Client requests and orders from the quotation stage to the invoicing.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute requisitions as received from customers.
  • Communicate with the customers and agents.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Prepare quotations, up to the invoice stage.
  • Carry out any administrative task as needed.
  • Handling the requests from the quotation stage up until the invoicing stage.
  • Create and control all manual filing systems and relevant office paperwork.

Qualifications:

  • BSc in Shipping, Maritime or any other related field will be considered as an advantage.
  • Ability and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once.
  • Computer literate.
  • Fluency in Greek and English.
