Operations Executive
Limassol (Full Time)

Position Details

NORTHTIDE UNDERWATER SERVICES LTD is looking to recruit an energetic and enthusiastic Operations Executive to join their team in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse customers voyages and provide suggestions to optimise vessel performance with regards to underwater services requirements.
• Coordination of underwater services with customers, local dive stations, port agents and third-party subcontractors worldwide.
• Analyse port, terminal and berth restrictions worldwide.
• Assistance with vetting/due diligence of customers and third-party underwater service providers worldwide.
• Maintain good working relationships with customers, local dive stations, port agents and third-party underwater services companies worldwide.
• Maintaining and updating various third-party operational and financial systems.
• Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly and yearly internal and external reports.

Requirements:

• BSc in Shipping, Maritime or any other related field.
• Proven experience in the shipping industry will be considered as a plus.
• Ability and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational, communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once.
• Computer literacy, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (excel).
• Fluency in Greek and English.
