Financial Controller
Limassol (Full Time)

Position Details

We are looking for a motivated and detail-driven individual to join our Accounting & Finance Department as a Financial Controller.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring proper maintenance of accounting records on a monthly basis including supervising a team.
• Ensuring VAT and tax compliance.
• Monthly intercompany reconciliations.
• Preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Preparation of quarterly and year end accounts and reports.
• Cash flow management and reporting.
• Budget preparation on a yearly basis.
• Liaising with auditors for the annual audits.
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• University degree in a finance related field.
• Member of a professional accounting body ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc.
• 1-3 years relevant experience in a financial & management accounting role in the industry.
• Solid understanding of general accounting principles and IFRSs.
• Excellent analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate across departments.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Fluency in Greek & English.
